Kevin Ebrahimi began his commercial real estate career at a boutique firm in San Francisco in 2001. In 2004 he moved to the East Bay and joined Colliers, focusing on investment real estate representing buyers and sellers of many iconic Oakland office buildings including The Cathedral Building, Latham Square and The Tribune Tower. He left Colliers in 2011 to form Axis Modern Real Estate. In 2020, Kevin and partner Keara Neifach recognized their complementary strengths and Scale Partners was born as a rebrand of Axis.

Kevin can be found with his family making amazing brunches, writing silly songs about nothing and dreaming about post pandemic vacations.

Keara Neifach

Partner and Brokerage Consultant

Keara Neifach formed Scale Partners alongside Kevin Ebrahimi in 2020. She brings with her over six years of real estate experience, focusing heavily on marketing and brand awareness for commercial brokerages.

Keara works closely alongside Kevin to grow the brokerage team and increase the company’s presence throughout California. Keara’s commitment is to assist clients in real estate investments, both residential and commercial, while also providing support to the brokerage team. In her spare time, she can be found outdoors exploring nature with her husband and their two young sons.

A Los Angeles native with a decade of experience in both commercial and residential sales and leasing, Adam joined Scale Partners in 2020 to expand the company's services into the Southern California market. With a background in the hospitality industry, Adam works with property owners, investors, and business operators across all product types, with a local specialization in single family, industrial, multifamily, and assemblages for redevelopment.
